Siberian Chic

This piece is for Dec 2012 Monthly theme Challenge "Siberian Chic"(I know it's winter wear but I take it to a different level),I first search for Siberian fashion I stumble this fantastic article from the daily mail about the Ubok Princess and her beauty tips which is so cool,it was shown in the sleeves of my Military coat,I treat the tattoos as lace,I add flash colour to the coat and cool red pants to finish the look ,I also kept the makeup simple with an angular short hair for the edge I want
